Bentley Map's Interoperability features can be used to import data from CSV (comma separated values) or ODBC data sources. Often customers maintain features such as survey monuments, borehole locations, leaks, place names and so on in text files or ODBC databases. Bentley Map can import this data by using a specially formatted file called a VRT file (Virtual File Format).
